- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Huge waste of time. First contact via their website to get a quote and I get a call back saying I had to come into the office for a simple quote? When I tell them I shouldn't have to come to the office just for quote, they take my information over the phone. Then they send me an email with a few more questions and I was to get a quote within a day. I respond the same day, and never get a quote. Two more days pass, I send a follow up email asking for my quote and I don't get response to my email or a quote. A week passes and now they are calling me after ignoring my emails. Poor customer service. I am glad I saw this BEFORE I purchased their insurance.February 20, 2017by Kimberly G
